Easter Palooza

We took Katherine to her first easter egg hunt at a local church. Lately I have been trying to learn photography, so I decided to use today as practice and even though some photo's turned out okay some were overexposed. I guess I didn't have the right settings on the camera. Anyways, Katherine pretty much enjoyed herself, she's still to young for the inflatable toys that were there but she enjoyed eating cotton candy and walking around. She didn't understand to much of the easter egg hunt but was able to collect 5 eggs with the help of her uncle Chris.

If any photographer's see this, can you please let me know what I did wrong? So I can make sure not to make this mistake again.
