Apartment Update

Well got a call from the office of the apartments we are moving to and they said that the apartment won't be ready until Saturday the 22nd because they have to replace the carpet and the sliding door. This moving process is going way to slow for me but I guess I have no choice but to wait. I guess the old tenants did more damage than they thought. I'm kinda bummed because I was hoping to get pictures and video of our new apartment, you know a before and after we move in. Of course I will have to wait a while to do an apartment tour after we move in because we seriously have no furniture. Our furniture has been sitting in a storage space here for the last 2 1/2 years and so they have been crawled all over pooped, peed on, and chewed on by rodents so we basically have to start completely over which is going to be even harder since our mother in law wont let us use her pilot to pick up some free furniture we have found on Craig's list because she is currently using it for storage and I don't know anybody with a truck either. I think the only furniture that can be used is our dressers, shelves and anything that does not have cloth, I am hoping our area rug will still be usable along with my husbands old ugly green chair that we have had since we got married.
