1D Bear

So yesterday while at my local Super Walmart in Poulsbo WA, I tried to win a 1D bear and lost because the stupid claw decided it wanted to go around the bear then go up just a tad and then latch closed then go back down and it did that 3 times out 4 plays so I gave up not wanting to waste money I don't really have on a cheating machine. My 13 year old daughter even saw it happen so I know I wasn't seeing things.

I tried to complain at customer service but all they could say was there is nothing we can do because it's not our machine. blah, blah, blah... So much for getting a 1D Bear :(
